This big black tri boy is ten years young. While he currently lives
with several dogs and a cat, he would really prefer to be an only dog. He spent most of his life confined indoors and so will really need to live in a quiet neighborhood. He is deathly afraid of UPS trucks, garbage trucks and the like, so he needs a pretty sturdy person to take him on his walks. He is sweet and loving and after regular meals really likes nothing better than to cuddle up and get his chest scratched. He has a nice big bark and does a very convincing scary dog act, but it is just an act. Patience and a sense of humor is a real plus when working with him. Augie is fairly low energy for an Aussie and just wants to be somebody's best buddy for his golden years. If you think you could find room in your heart and house for this sweet bear, he will reward you with as much love as you could ask for. August is neutered, house trained, crate trained walks well on leash and is UTD on shots. His recent check up found no problems.
